A Belgian national based in Brussels, Dorothy Oger is an experienced multilingual trainer and consultant with a solid background in linguistics, communication, project coordination, and administration (including tendering for European Commission projects.

A graduate in Modern Languages and Teaching from the Université Catholique de Louvain, Dorothy Oger has worked mostly in the field of communications, project coordination, process management, training and coaching for a variety of organisations and consultancies.

A native French-speaker, Dorothy Oger is fluent in English and Dutch. She is used to training and coaching in all three languages. She is currently following a 'train the trainer' programme with the Junior Chamber International.
