With a PhD in law from the University of Zurich, courses in the Psychology of Communication and in intercultural Communication, Dr. Christa Uehlinger is an independent consultant in communication and intercultural management, providing coaching, training and consulting.

She is an experienced intercultural professional, having lived and worked in more than 12 European countries, including Central and Eastern Europe. She has held jobs with ABB European headquarters, the Norton Rose law firm (London),the Schweizerische Kreditanstalt, the European Division of Winterthur Insurance where she was Head of Corporate Communications, and the Zurich office of the Burson-Marsteller public relations and public affairs company. Her work included responsibility for communication and training in M&As in Poland and the UK as well as in start-ups in the Czech Republic, Hungary.

Countries she has worked in include Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, in addition to her native Switzerland.

Christa Uehlinger is a lecturer in intercultural communications at the University Applied Sciences, Winterthur, Switzerland and in corporate communications at the University of Applied Sciences, Chur, Switzerland. She specialises in communication in change processes, reorganisation and M&As.

Christa speaks German, English, French and has a basic knowledge of Italian.
