Jeffer London is a stimulating coach and trainer specialising in organisational and personal development.

Over the past fifteen years – having worked in Asia, America and across Europe in the consumer business, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals – he has developed a creative and pragmatic approach to stimulating personal breakthroughs and organisational growth.

Jeffer’s recent experience and projects include the creation and management of the Deloitte HR and Change Management Services group (27 consultants and trainers), and leading Europe-wide organisational change programmes: alignment workshops, company culture analysis, organisation design, team development, communication programmes, performance management, and risk assessments.

Through his workshops and exercises, Jeffer London helps people move beyond their present situations and see their lives in a new light, identifying the things that motivate them and establishing new ways of living and working. His sessions are engaging, motivating and helpful for anyone who is challenged by change or considering new directions.

As a trainer, coach and consultant, Jeffer has worked with a wide variety of organisations including the European Commission, Eurocontrol, Colgate Palmolive Europe, General Electric, Bayer, Norsk Hydro, HP, Tractebel, Ingersoll Rand, Weber Shandwick and DHL. He has also facilitated sessions for the ISTD (International Society for Training and Development) and the VOV (Flemish Training Society).

American, Jeffer London speaks fluent French in addition to his native English.
