With an MBA from Britain’s Henley Management College, Pauline Graystone had extensive business experience with Plessey Telecommunications, Calor Gas and Mentor International before starting her own consultancy in Belgium in 1996.
In her assignments as a human resources manager with Plessey, now part of Siemens, she first managed a team of 400 R&D specialists and then went on to become personnel development manager with responsibility for management development policies across four company sites.
At Calor Gas, she was responsible for all management and graduate development policies for a company of 3,000 people.
In addition to her extensive training activities for the European Commission and private-sector organisations, Pauline is a tutor on the Open University MBA programme in Belgium, running seminars and working with students with a broad mix of nationalities. Pauline speaks good French in addition to her native English.
