With fifteen years’ experience as an international consultant and trainer in international business development, change management and marketing across industries, Sidsel Graae applies this knowhow to assessing and understanding the needs of clients and audiences.

As Vice President Business Development with the Time Manager International (TMI) training consultancy, headquartered in Geneva, she established franchise operations in Western, Central and Eastern Europe and parts of Asia.

She has also worked for the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ development arm (DANIDA) and for the Health Commission of Victoria in Australia.

At ISS Securitas she built up the international division and later assisted management in implementing a new strategic plan. Today she runs her own consultancy, Human Synergies.

A Dane, Sidsel has lived in Brussels since 1996 and has an MBA from the Solvay Business School and a degree in business entrepreneurship from the same institution.

A director on the board of Focus Career Development, she has run workshops on various aspects of personal development: how to write a business plan, mind-mapping, etc. Sidsel was also involved in organising the Focus ‘Start your Own Business’ seminar. She speaks excellent English and French in addition to her native Danish.
