Paul Galante is a multicultural change management consultant with over 20 years experience. He has worked throughout Europe and North America with top management teams of leading multinationals and non-profit organisations.

 

Of Italian and French background and educated in the UK, Paul holds a degree from the University of London and an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles. He has implemented assignments in English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Prior to creating his own change consulting group specialised in cross-cultural projects, Paul was a director in the European Strategic Change practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Paul Galante designs and delivers training on business strategy, finance and planning, organisational development in multicultural settings, business process improvement, performance measurement and management, change and innovation, and leading virtual teams. In addition, he offers leadership development services through coaching and customised individual training.


Paul Galante has worked in a wide variety of sectors, and his clients have included multinationals such as Lafarge (F), Solvay (B), Générale de Banque (B),Tiscali (I), Mapfre (E), Halliburton (US), BAe Systems (GB) and HeidelbergCement (D). He has also worked for various non-profit agencies such as the Federation of European Sports Industries, Oxfordshire County Council and Worcestershire CC.
