Leo Cendrowicz was born in London but has spent much of the past decade in Brussels as a freelance journalist.

He is a correspondent for Time, The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard, and writes for numerous other publications including The Guardian, The Bulletin, and European Voice.

 

Leo has also been a contributing editor for The Economist Guide to the European Union and the Time Out Guide to Brussels. He began his journalism career as a reporter in Brussels covering issues like the minutiae of fishing quotas and EU grants for forest rangers.

 

Leo’s work now includes writing, research, analysis, editing and even layout. Over the years his corporate and public affairs clients have included the Eureka research programme, CISAC (the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers), the Futures and Options Association, the Securities and Investment Review, the Committee of the Regions, the European Social Fund, ANEC, EMRC, Volvo and the European Commission’s Development DG. He has now developed a range of writing interests, including EU and Belgian politics, cinema, football and rocket science.
