From his early years at the interface between the computer user (almost everyone!) and computer developers (more and more of them), Pierre-yves Debliquy has concentrated on the task of helping people understand computer systems, their evolution and their usage.
In his early professional life, Pierre-yves focused on applications development and consultancy work in the field of information and document management, working for such organisations and projects as Arthur Andersen, Marsh McLennan, Excalibur Technologies, and Ariane II.
In 2000, he started his own business-providing consultancy and training services in these fields, as well as in knowledge management. His company, EPYSTEMIC, offers advisory, support and training services in IT and document management techniques. His associate company, BRAINSFEED, provides Internet expertise, including the potential impact of the Web on organisations and businesses, and the new means of communication offered by Web 2.0. Pierre-yves is also an expert in strategic intelligence, and particularly in its application to the needs of the SME sector.
In the training field, Pierre-yves Debliquy works for a wide range of organisations including La Poste, GSK, AXA, the Federal Police, the European Commission, and the UBI school of management.
