Imran Rehman and Rhys Marc Photis implemented training workshops for the Henkel organisation in Saudi Arabia, Egypt (in English) and Algeria (in French).

The workshops were designed to increase business financial understanding and to instruct participants in how to plan and report against budget. The highly interactive and practical three-day workshop equipped junior and middle managers with the necessary skills to plan the finances for their departments. The programme provided participants with:

-  an understanding of the  fundamentals of business financial reports;

-  planning techniques for preparing budgets;

-  an opportunity to apply the learning directly to the company’s own

   reporting information.

Course participants were asked to bring a real-life financial report from their own specific area of activity. During the workshop they were given the opportunity to develop their budgets further and to forecast for the remainder of the financial year.
